Hayward OmniPL board repair

Your Hayward OmniPL lost its salt production, a pump or valve stopped responding, or the panel went dark? We repair the OmniPL main board in our lab. A repair costs much less than a new control center.

Is it the board or the salt cell?

Most low-salt messages come from a worn cell, not from the board. A Hayward cell is good for about 10,000 hours of operation. First have the water tested at a pool store and check that the right cell type is set in the configuration. If it is, photos of both sides of the main board tell us if the board or the cell is the problem. The guide tells you exactly what to send.

How to get your board repaired

• By mail (Canada, United States and other countries): your board is normally repaired within 1 to 2 business days after we receive it. Send a board
• Drop-off, no appointment: leave the board at any time at our drop-off location in Mont-Saint-Hilaire, Quebec. It is normally ready the next day. To be sure, contact us before you come.
• By appointment (best if you come from far): a Hayward board repair normally takes 60 to 90 minutes and you can wait while we do it. Appointments are confirmed depending on the problem.
